Logitech C920 HD Pro Webcam - Linux Settings (UK) - Fix Flicker

After installing Manjaro Linux I had an issue with flickering on my Logitech C920 Pro HD Webcam. I believe this setting is specifically to fix flickering with the Logitech webcam for those in the UK.
