- You can send in as many service requests as you like for any of the items in our Inclusion List.
When you start with our services, we charge a one-time fee for setting up and integrating your infrastructure with our systems and processes. This fee is usually around the same as one month of service, but it could me more if your system is bigger or more complex. The fee covers the costs of resources, including software, licenses, time and labour, involved in getting you set up and running with our services. The on-boarding cost is to offset the initial expenses associated with taking on a new client, and to ensure we are compensated for the time and effort required to get the you set up with our services.
Of course, thank you for considering our managed IT services. To get started, we do require payment of both the on-boarding fee and the first month's service fee. The on-boarding fee covers the costs associated with setting up and integrating your IT infrastructure with our systems and tools. This includes assessment of your current systems, configuration and setup, data migration, and testing and validation.
By paying the on-boarding fee and the first month's service fee, you can start enjoying the benefits of our managed IT services, including 24/7 monitoring and management of your systems, proactive maintenance and support, and cybersecurity measures to protect your important information.
